Hurricane Florence

Hurricane Florence Rebuild

Updated as of Tuesday, January 8

Give to Hurricane Response

Let’s rebuild! Hurricane Florence Rebuild will continue in Jones County and Washington County.

Rebuild Continues February 4

Tremendous needs remain for volunteers to help rebuild homes and allow residents to move back home to safe, dry, warm homes.

Here’s how you can volunteer:

  1. Find a date you can serve – by yourself, with a friend, or with a group
  2. Sign up below and let us know when you would like to come
  3. Receive a packing list and get ready to serve!

Previous disaster training is not required in Florence Rebuild projects.

Here are a few of the ways volunteers can serve:

  • rebuild teams: insulation & drywall, plus skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, HVAC, general contractors)
  • limited cleanup teams: flood cleanup, debris removal, mold remediation
  • support teams: laundry, feeding and equipment support for volunteers
