Providing high-caliber services to support victims after disaster
The Operations Center Volunteer will join a robust team of staff and volunteers in the Emergency Operations Center to answer phones, respond to emails, and help coordinate volunteers during response efforts.
The Operations Center Volunteer should have:
- Clear communication skills by phone, in person, and through e-mail
- Flexible availability
- Working knowledge of web browsers, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Apps
- A passion for serving people
