Providing high-caliber services to support victims after disaster
Drivers are an integral part of the movement of our disaster response fleet to response sites, training events, and exercises, and the movement of supplies across the country.
Drivers can use disaster response fleet vehicles, rented vehicles, or personal vehicles (if properly equipped for towing) as required by the task. Assignments are generally flexible and coordinated according to the availability of volunteers.
Drivers should have:
- clean driving record
- ability to learn setup protocol of
- CDL class A or B (optional)
Mileage, meals, and lodging (when applicable) are reimbursed during driving tasks.
